It was love at first sight and never changed even though we have spent months in South Korea.
But it all started in Seoul in October 2023:

In 2024 we returned to South Korea for an entire month!
Seoul surprised us again and again!
We went on another road trip across the country: our first stops were Hwaseong Fortress and the iconic EVERLAND!
Daejeon was next on our route. And don’t forget to visit Jeonju! It’s one of our favorite spots for cultural exchange.
South Korea is surrounded by sea for the most part. Of course, you should also stop and appreciate the coastline:
And there is even more to explore in South Korea, like the second largest city: Busan
You have to eat seafood in South Korea, and we did: snow crabs are really delicious and you get a good deal in Pohang:

Have you played with bricks? Emmet and Malik love their LEGO bricks, so can you imagine, how surprised they were when we stayed at Legoland Korea?

Lotte World is one of our kids’ favorite place in Seoul, so even though we had visited in October 2023 already, we returned in May 2024:
